The conventional thinking about police-involved shootings, and some scientific research, has been that black suspects are more likely to be shot than white suspects because of an implicit racial bias among police officers. But now a new study has found exactly the opposite: even with white officers who do have racial biases, officers are three times less likely to shoot unarmed black suspects than unarmed white suspects.
I wonder if U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General Claude Walker, or California Attorney General Kamala Harris, or New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman have read this federal statute. Because what they’re doing looks like a concerted scheme to restrict the First Amendment free speech rights of people they don’t agree with. They should look up 18 U.S.C. Sec. 241, I am sure they each have it somewhere in their offices.
Here’s what’s happened so far. First, Schneiderman and reportedly Harris sought to investigate Exxon in part for making donations to groups and funding research by individuals who think “climate change” is either a hoax, or not a problem to the extent that people like Harris and Schneiderman say it is.

#BlackLivesMatter if and only if they are ended by a white guy or a police officer of any race (though it’s a twofer if the officer is white). #BlackLivesDon’tMatter if ended by another black guy or an abortionist of any race.

With the alarming number of black-on-black killings every year it is fairly evident that blacks don’t really believe “black lives matter.” It’s also crystal clear that they don’t think black history or personal property matter either. A 93-year old black WWII veteran was robbed by black scumbags twice in the same day. The two separate crimes occurred within minutes of each other.
